The posted compensation range of $18.00 - $26.83/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Nutrition Assistant I, you will participate in and support all aspects of healthcare foodservice operations, working with facility staff to provide optimal nutritional care while demonstrating excellent customer service.
Every day you will assist in food preparation, tray assembly, and delivery, interact positively with patients, guests, and staff, and contribute to a smooth and efficient foodservice operation.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to teamwork and quality in a healthcare foodservice environment.
