Develops and implements innovative marketing programs with emphasis on research, strategic planning, execution, problem solving and evaluation.**Marketing Specialist is a non-exempt position** in salary grade 180. Min – $36.86 | Mid – $44.03 | Max – $51.20/hr.**Marketing Specialist, Senior is an exempt position** in salary grade 190.
