Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$80,000 base salary , depending on experience

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent execution and high standards
• Partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, recipe execution, and culinary standards
• Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
• Oversee BOH performance, organization, and productivity
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety
• Help manage ordering, inventory, prep, and kitchen organization
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable kitchen culture
• Uphold a guest-first philosophy and contribute to an exceptional dining experience
• Support new restaurant openings and help establish operational standards as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in independent, chef-driven, or high-quality restaurant environments
• Strong culinary foundation with a passion for hospitality
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor BOH team members
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow with an expanding restaurant group
• ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain
