This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $22-$26/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Drywall Finisher and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Measurement & Layout; measuring framing, planning layouts, and minimizing seamsSheet Cutting; scoring, snapping, and rasping boards for clean edge jointsFastener installation; driving screws to proper depth without puncturing paper facesCutout Accuracy; trimming panels precisely around electrical boxes, vents, and plumbingPanel manipulation; operating panel lifts, jacks, and moving sheets up to 12 feet longFraming Inspection; checking wood and metal studs for straightness before hangingCompound preparation; selecting and mixing all-purpose, lightweight, and quick-setting mudTape embedding: pressing paper and mesh tape tightly into joints to prevent air bubblesEdge feathering; spreading successive mud coats smoothly to conceal seams and fastenersPrecision sanding; operating pole sanders and hand blocks to eliminate ridges without gougingCorner bead installation; applying and finishing metal, vinyl, and paper-faced corner trimsLevel 1–5 Finishing; executing all drywall finishes from basic fire-taping to full skim coatsTexture Application; spraying and hand-applying orange peel, knockdown, and skip-trowel finishesBe Safe from fraud!
